Our hatha-yoga classes are taught according to the Vedic tradition.
The 90 minute sessions consist of yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation. Our main emphasis is on enjoying the practice and on awareness by becoming more conscious of our body and mind.
Classic hatha-yoga is non-competitive. It prepares the practitioner for dhyana or meditation. It rejuvenates the body and is beneficial to one's health.
